You will drive technical excellence, oversee technology transfers, and shape the long‑term technical strategy while ensuring compliant, robust manufacturing of biologics.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex programs, and champion digital tools to optimize downstream operations and lifecycle

Competenze

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline.
• 9+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or development with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in biologics, downstream processes, and automation.
• Experience with GMP, regulatory filings, and CAPA.

Mansioni

• Lead Downstream Technical Operations with focus on biologics manufacturing.
• Oversee technology transfer, development batches, PPQ, change control, and regulatory licensing.
• Ensure successful product introductions from a Downstream perspective.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks with clear escalation.
• Drive lifecycle management and continuous improvement of downstream processes.
• Champion digital tools and data-driven solutions in operations.
• Contribute to Tech Ops leadership team with priority delivery.
