Job summary

Veolia is seeking a BIM Technician in Kilkenny to work on water and wastewater plant projects. You will develop P&IDs, 3D models, and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM360 under guidance from design engineers.

The role requires proficiency in 3D modelling, point clouds, and adherence to project standards, with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and client specifications. This is a permanent, on-site position based in Kilkenny.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in BIM360 project setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience with point clouds and RecapPro (or similar).
• Ability to read and follow schematic drawings and develop 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Develop P&IDs and 3D models for Water & Wastewater Plants using BIM software.
• Produce General Arrangement Drawings for Plant projects.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in output within budgets and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with design engineers and team members.
• Adhere to client specifications, health and safety requirements, and company standards.
