Job summary

DCT - Digital Construction Technologies, based in Dublin, is seeking a skilled BIM/M&E professional to manage BIM meetings, produce 3D drawings, and coordinate M&E layouts with other disciplines. The role supports international projects in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

The candidate should have extensive Revit experience (10 years preferred) and strong project management skills, enabling efficient delivery of complex, large-scale data center projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with BIM modeling using Revit.
• Proven experience producing M&E services drawings for new builds and refurbishments.
• Strong project management experience and ability to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Management of BIM meetings and a common data environment.
• Producing 3D drawings from Revit / CAD files.
• Produce designs, working drawings, schedules, forms and records.
• Coordinate M&E services layouts with other disciplines.
• Regular reporting on the workload and issues.
• Following document control processes.
• Contributing to the creation of as-built documentation.
• Set up a Revit project and create families within it.

Job description

At DCT - Digital Construction Technologies, an Irish company, we specialize in BIM Modeling, Digital Construction Management, and Project Management, with a strong presence in data center projects. We currently have more than 60 employees spread across our offices in Ireland, Croatia, Argentina, Bosnia and Portugal.

From our Dublin office, we participate in international projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working with clients and partners in various markets and contributing to projects of high complexity and scale.

Requirements:

• Excellent working Knowledge of full CAD/BIM Suite, including Revit;
• Good knowledge of M&E services;
• Previous experience of producing AutoCAD M&E services drawings for new builds as well as refurbishments;
• Previous experience working in an M&E / Engineering environment desirable;
• Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel;
• Ability to work unsupervised and to a high standard Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
• Experience in Revit: 10 years (preferred);
• Experience in technical project management: 8 years (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
