With 7+ years in BIM management, you will mentor the team, ensure compliance with current building regulations and industry standards, and collaborate with directors to futureproof digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years BIM management experience in an architectural environment.
• Expertise in Revit and Navisworks with digital workflows.
• Familiar with AI in design and modern BIM practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and strategic thinking; provide mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital design strategy and BIM roadmap across projects.
• Drive BIM standards, workflows and AI-enabled design initiatives.
• Collaborate with Directors to evolve BIM capabilities and digital delivery.
• Provide training, mentorship and technical support to the team.
