Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company, a leading Irish construction contractor, seeks a BIM Information Manager to drive BIM standards and information management on major projects across Ireland. You will set up CDE workflows, manage documentation, and work with designers, subcontractors, and BIM specialists to deliver information requirements on schedule.

You will lead coordination activities, validate models for LOI/LOD and assist in digital handover with AIM and O&M data.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BIM information management on large projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and EIRs.
• Proficiency with Procore, Navisworks, Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to coordinate with Designers and Sub-contractors to implement information requirements.
• Strong documentation and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM standards and manage CDE workflows across projects.
• Prepare and maintain BIM execution plans and information delivery plans.
• Validate models for LOD/LOI/Uniclass data and COBie requirements.
• Coordinate with supply chain partners and BIM specialists.
• Support digital handover including AIM and O&M data.
• Provide training and guidance on BIM processes to site teams.
• Produce 3D models (Architectural, Structural, MEP) as required.
