Job summary

Search Talent is recruiting a BIM Coordinator to join a Dublin-based digital delivery team on landmark construction projects. You will own BIM coordination across design through to live delivery, working with design consultants, project managers and site teams.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, exposure to cutting‑edge BIM technologies, and a path for long‑term progression within a growing Irish business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BIM Coordination or Digital Construction role.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience using Revit, Navisworks and other BIM platforms.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM delivery across design, pre‑construction and live projects.
• Manage project models to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Carry out clash detection, model coordination and quality reviews.
• Produce model health reports and coordinate resolutions with project teams.
• Develop and maintain BIM documentation, patient information plans and digital workflows.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with design consultants and subcontractors.
• Support project teams throughout construction and handover.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM standards and digital delivery processes.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies and best practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where digital construction plays a central role in project delivery. You’ll work on technically complex developments from early design through to completion while helping shape best practice across the business.

The Role

You’ll become a key member of the digital construction team, taking ownership of BIM coordination across multiple project stages while working closely with design consultants, project managers and site teams.
