Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our digital construction team in Kildare. You will support BIM coordination, information management and digital project delivery, ensuring models and project information meet client and project requirements.

Key duties include coordinating information models, conducting quality checks, aligning workflows with ISO 19650, and managing the Common Data Environment (CDE). 1–2 years' experience and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in digital construction/BIM.
• Higher education in Construction or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of ISO 19650.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management and coordination of project information models.
• Carry out model coordination, information validation and quality checks.
• Ensure project workflows align with ISO 19650 and information standards.
• Manage and support use of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Review graphical and non-graphical model data and report non-conformances.
• Support MIDP/TIDP development and digital project workflows.
• Provide technical support to project teams and resolve digital tool issues.
