Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Malay & Mandarin speaking Billing/Settlement Specialist to join our Dublin-based Commercial Operations team. The role focuses on settlement, invoicing, and contract management, supporting cross-border activities with European markets.

You will collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Sales, and other teams to ensure accurate settlements, timely invoicing, and compliant financial reporting. 12-month contract with potential extension, fully onsite in Dublin 4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Contract Management, Operations Management, English, or related discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Malay AND Mandarin.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in settlement, invoicing, contract management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day settlement, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment activities across Ireland and other European markets.
• Ensure settlement calculations reflect contractual terms, pricing structures, and agreements.
• Prepare and distribute settlement reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities relating to settlements, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Provide support during close periods, including occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, and Contract Management teams to ensure settlement processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for settlement-related queries.
• Issue invoices and payment requests accurately and on time per contractual terms.
• Maintain data accuracy, process compliance, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
