Job summary

You will analyse charges and transactions, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with Finance, Billing, and Operations to maintain financial integrity. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reconciliation Analyst or similar (Financial Operations/Billing).
• Experience reconciling high volumes of financial data and transactions.
• Ability to analyse large datasets with high accuracy.
• Experience working with Finance and Accounting teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of charges, billing and financial transactions across multiple systems.
• Analyse large datasets to ensure accuracy between billed amounts and underlying records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, variances and reconciliation breaks.
• Identify overbilling, underbilling or missing charges.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing and Operations to resolve issues and improve controls.
• Produce exception reports and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Support month-end and period reconciliation activities.
• Ensure data integrity across financial and operational systems.
• Assist in process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of reconciliation processes and findings.
