Telus Bulgaria is seeking a Solutions Consultant fluent in Irish and English to assist customers across phone, chat, and email channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sofia, Bulgaria with on-site training provided.

The position offers a base salary of 2,045 EUR gross per month, plus a relocation package including accommodation support and a €1,500 relocation bonus, and a separate €1,500 welcome bonus for EU-ready candidates.
