Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level Arabic and English required.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content in Arabic and English to ensure digital trust and safety.
• Apply platform policies and guidelines accurately and consistently.
• Identify, flag and take action on content breaching policy.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases within defined timeframes.
• Record review decisions clearly in internal tools.
• Meet quality, accuracy and productivity targets.
• Participate in policy updates and calibration sessions.
• Share feedback on trends and content risks with team leads.
