Job summary

Google LLC in Dublin is seeking an Account Manager for Google Shopping Solutions (German, English) to manage a dedicated client portfolio and drive Shopping campaigns growth across Europe. The role requires fluent German and English, a strong sales mind, and a collaborative approach with internal teams.

You will apply best practices, develop Shopping Ads strategies, and help merchants increase ROI while navigating a dynamic ad tech landscape in a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in an account management/sales planning role.
• Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Work with merchants across a selected market to advise them on their Shopping campaign strategy.
• Manage a dedicated client portfolio applying best practice for portfolio management and consistent service levels.
• Develop and maintain Shopping Ads and Merchant Center product suite.
• Apply customer-facing best practices to engage with merchants and agencies to understand their priorities and manage expectations.
• Help selected merchants grow their return on investment (ROI) and investment in Shopping Ads through product expertise and optimization recommendations.
