Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting for a Bid Writer (Critical Infrastructure) in Galway. The role offers €60,000 – €65,000 plus progression, funded qualifications, training and company benefits, working with the Bid Manager and Tender team on major national infrastructure projects.

You will write and produce high-quality bid documents for construction projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure documents meet requirements and standards. A valid driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience writing bids and proposals for construction projects.
• Ability to produce clear, compliant tender documents.
• Strong collaboration with bid managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review bid documents and tender submissions.
• Support the tender team across projects.
• Apply construction/MEICA knowledge to bids.
