• Strong technical and writing ability with an understanding of construction methodologies and programming.
• Ability to undertake thorough review of tender requirements and develop proposals accordingly.
• Excellent written skills, detail oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a Bid Team to produce bids to strict deadlines.
• Experience in construction/engineering.
• Relevant third level degree.
