The role covers technical coordination, shop drawings, site surveys, and production integration for bespoke joinery projects. You will review packages, own technical decisions, and collaborate with architects, designers, and main contractors to drive buildable solutions.

Qualifications

• Joinery expertise across bespoke joinery, fitted furniture, cabinetry, or architectural joinery.
• Understanding of joinery construction methods, materials, hardware and workshop processes.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and identify gaps before production begins.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural, interior design and tender documents for bespoke joinery packages.
• Own technical aspects of joinery elements as projects move to detailed design and manufacturing.
• Identify data gaps and design conflicts, coordinating with architects/designers/main contractors to resolve.
• Keep precise records of technical decisions, approvals and outstanding actions.
