Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Understanding of Current Health & Safety Regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience with MS Project would be an advantage.
• Experience with Procore would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) an advantage.
• Experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens) an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Systems an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and the Contracts Manager.
• Lead post-handover design review.
• Develop and maintain the detailed project programme.
• Create and maintain procurement schedules.
• Schedule on-site labour requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project costs vs. budget.
• Plan and oversee the commissioning process.
• Ensure project delivery meets internal and external regulations.
• Coordinate issue resolution as problems arise.
• Ensure Health & Safety documentation is maintained.
• Manage vendor performance to support delivery.
• Ensure monthly claims on project sheets are submitted.
