Job summary

Thérapie Clinic in Portlaoise is seeking a talented Beauty Therapist to deliver high‑quality skin, body and laser treatments while building strong client relationships. Candidates should hold a Level 3 Beauty qualification or higher, with a positive, detail‑minded approach and a client‑centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal is desirable but not required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent client experience and record keeping.
• Ability to work with sales targets and promote additional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments for clients in line with clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess needs and set expectations.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain and update client records pre- and post-treatment.
• Maintain and clean all treatment machines.

Requirements

Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines

Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments

Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them

Has the ability to work with sales targets

Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment

Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications and Skills

Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required

Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)

Team Player who works collaboratively

A positive and friendly attitude with your clients

Attention to detail when dealing with client's records

Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
