Job summary

Thérapie Clinic Waterford is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our Waterford Clinic team. You will deliver high-quality treatments, perform consultations, and tailor services to individual clients while upholding clinic guidelines.

We welcome both newly qualified and experienced therapists. The role offers ongoing training, uncapped commission, staff discounts, and clear career progression within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal is desirable.
• Team player who works collaboratively.
• Positive and friendly attitude with clients.
• Attention to detail with client records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments for clients in line with clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess needs and set expectations.
• Actively promote additional services and products tailored to clients.
• Maintain and update client records pre- and post-treatment.
• Maintain and clean all equipment.

Requirements

Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines

Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments

Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them

Has the ability to work with sales targets

Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment

Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications and Skills

Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required

Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)

Team Player who works collaboratively

A positive and friendly attitude with your clients

Attention to detail when dealing with client's records

Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
