Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, team leadership or a senior beauty retail role.

• Lead, motivate and support the team to consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards across the store.
• Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Drive awareness of upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activities.
• Create inspiring and engaging customer experiences that elevate the Poco Beauty brand.
• Represent Poco Beauty with passion, professionalism and brand expertise.
• Ensure the team understands and communicates product knowledge in line with company guidelines.
• Take a lead role in planning, supporting and executing in-store events and activations.
• Oversee daily and weekly operational tasks to ensure smooth store running.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, visual merchandising and counter presentation.
• Ensure all team members receive ongoing training to stay up to date with new products and techniques.
