Job summary

Crawford County Mental Health Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services and assessments for children with autism through community-based programs. You will coordinate with families, schools and teams to implement evidence-based strategies and adaptive life skills across settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related human service field.
• Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment background checks.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.
• Ability to conduct functional analyses and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services and assessments (ADOS, VB-MAPP, ABLLS) to clients.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment plans.
• Coordinate with families, schools and community partners.
• Deliver parent training and staff coaching.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure safety and adherence to MOAB and other protocols.
