Cork International Hotel is hiring a Part-Time Bar Tender to join the bar and restaurant team in Cork. The role involves serving food and beverages, engaging with guests, and supporting the team during setup, service, and close of service.

Ideal candidates have prior Food or Beverage service experience in a hotel, a warm personality, and a willingness to take initiative while delivering excellent guest care. Training and career development opportunities are available through the Trigon Group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food or Beverage service role in hotel would be good but not essential.

We are recruiting for the role of Bar Tender to join our bar and restaurant team on a Part-Time basis in the Cork International Hotel.

Serving food & beverages to guests in the bar either table service or bar service

Making time to engage with and chat to guests, giving advice on local attractions, facilities in the hotel.

Helping other team members, working as part of a team for set up, service and close of service

Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure the guest dining experience meets their expectations

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience in Food or Beverage service role in hotel would be good but not essential

Warm, positive personality with genuine interest in guest care

Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed
