The July Dublin on Capel Street is seeking a Bartender to lead our brand-new restaurant, opening this summer 2026. You will deliver warm, attentive service, prepare and serve drinks, and help keep the bar and dining floor running smoothly.

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic hospitality setting and loves creating memorable experiences. You’ll move between the restaurant and bar, stay calm under pressure, and contribute to our welcoming guest journey.

We’re on the hunt for authentic Bartender to lead the way at our brand-new restaurant, part of our newest Dublin Capel Street addition, opening this summer 2026 (Startdate end of August)!

The concept

We’re expanding and we’re bringing The July to the heart of Dublin. On iconic Capel Street, our newest 105 apartment-hotel and restaurant is designed to become a welcoming place for travellers, neighbours and the community around us. Thoughtfully developed, sustainably built, and shaped by local design, The July Dublin will feel both distinctly Irish and unmistakably The July.

The Job

Our Bartender ensures guests have an excellent experience by delivering warm, attentive service throughout their visit. You are responsible for preparing and serving drinks, keeping the bar running smoothly, and supporting the restaurant floor when needed. Moving confidently between our restaurant and small bar area, you adapt to changing demands, provide great hospitality, and make sure every guest leaves happy.
