Job summary

Calusade Hotels Limited is seeking a Bartender on a permanent basis at The Fairways Hotel Dundalk. You will deliver friendly, efficient beverage service and maintain a strong knowledge of our drinks menus to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities include accurate order taking, cash handling, compliance with licensing and hygiene standards, and collaborating with our Food & Beverage team. Previous bar or hospitality experience and a flexible, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, wines and responsible service of alcohol.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Good numeracy and cash handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to all bar guests.
• Record and process beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and garnish drinks to bar standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place at the bar.
