Job summary

Cashel Palace Hotel in Cashel, Co. Tipperary is seeking a bartender for casual/part-time positions across its bars, including Mikey Ryan’s, The Guinness Bar, and the Resident Cocktail Bar.

The role offers flexible hours to suit a part-time schedule and a path to build a career with a forward-thinking luxury hospitality brand. You will work with the Food & Beverage Team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, uphold high service standards, and participate in trainings to develop professionally

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Flexibility with part-time hours is important.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Food & Beverage Team to ensure guests have an excellent experience.
• Maintain service standards and continuously look for areas to improve.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Team where necessary.

We have a range of open positions in Food & Beverage for Bartenders. Our Bars include: Mikey Ryan’s Bar & Kitchen, The Guinness Bar, Resident Cocktail Bar, Donoghue’s Bar and the Ballroom Bar.

This range of Bars offers many different options in terms of flexible working hours on a full time or part-time basis.
