Job summary

Cashel Palace Hotel in Cashel, Co. Tipperary, is seeking a casual/part-time Bartender to join our luxury Food & Beverage team.

Our range of bars includes Mikey Ryan’s Bar & Kitchen, The Guinness Bar, Resident Cocktail Bar, Donoghue’s Bar and the Ballroom Bar. This role offers flexible working hours across our different venues, with opportunities to gain experience and build your career within a forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience in the Cashel Palace Hotel.
• Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
• Work with and assist the Food & Beverage Team where necessary.
• Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
• Attend various trainings that will help to develop you in your career.
