Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is hiring through Hosco in Killarney to join Café du Parc as a full-time Bartender. The role involves taking drink orders, serving with excellent customer service, and helping in other hotel bars as needed.

Ideal candidates have bar and cocktail experience, a solid knowledge of beers, wines and spirits, and a professional, friendly manner. Fluency in English and legal permission to work in Ireland are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience is an advantage.
• Cocktail experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of beers, wines and spirits.
• Professional and friendly approach with focus on customer service.
• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team.
• Fluent English and permission to work in Ireland.
• Must be 18+ and flexible with shifts including weekends.
