Job summary

Café du Parc, part of the O’Donoghue Ring Collection in Killarney, is hiring a full-time Barista. You will prepare specialty coffees, maintain a clean coffee station, and deliver warm, attentive service to guests from locals to international visitors.

Qualifications

• Barista training/qualification required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees and beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and seasonal offerings; upsell where appropriate.
• Keep coffee station and service areas clean, organised and stocked.
• Deliver warm, attentive service to guests.
• Handle cash and card transactions in line with procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and daily cleaning.
• Support the wider café and bar team during busy periods.
