Job summary

The Hoxton, Dublin is seeking a bartender to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere and to master our drinks program for guests in a vibrant hotel setting.

You will know your products inside out, work with the F&B team to ensure smooth shifts, and craft beverages that suit every mood while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• Willingness to learn about product, service and operations.
• Positive, people-focused attitude with guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests at the bar.

The Hoxton has just opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, in addition to another first for us - a nightclub.

What you'll do...

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Bartender - willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
