Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or bar settings.
• Basic barista skills and knowledge of espresso-based drinks.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of guest service in Food & Beverage areas.
• Adhere to standards of performance to maintain 4* quality.
• Follow cash procedures and report discrepancies to management.
• Control stock levels in bars and report waste or spillages.
• Maintain hygiene and safety practices in line with regulations.
• Promote sales within the department and across the hotel.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings.
