Job summary

Brio Brunch in Tralee is seeking a Barista / Café All-Rounder to join a busy, friendly team. This hands-on role covers café operations, drinks, food service, cash handling and cleaning.

Role available as part-time or full-time, daytime hours, on-site in Tralee, with a pay rate of €14.15–€15.00 per hour. The ideal candidate has barista experience, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista with ability to work independently in a fast-paced café.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Willing to help across front-of-house and kitchen areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffees and other drinks.
• Dial in grinders and maintain coffee standards.
• Take orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Serve food and drinks and handle till operations.
• Support front-of-house during busy periods.
• Prepare smoothies and cold drinks; assist with simple food prep.
