Job summary

Brio Brunch in Tralee is seeking a Barista / Café All-Rounder to join a busy, friendly team. This hands-on role covers café operations, drinks, food service, cash handling and cleaning.

Role available as part-time or full-time, daytime hours, on-site in Tralee, with a pay rate of €14.15–€15.00 per hour. The ideal candidate has barista experience, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience as a barista with ability to work independently in a fast-paced café.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Willing to help across front-of-house and kitchen areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffees and other drinks.

Barista / Café All-Rounder - Brio Brunch, Tralee

We're looking for an experienced, friendly and energetic Barista / Café All-Rounder to join the team at Brio Brunch, Tralee. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a busy café environment and is happy to get involved across the business - not just behind the coffee machine.

The role will include:

• Preparing consistently high-quality coffees and other drinks
• Dialling in the grinder and maintaining coffee standards
• Taking orders and providing friendly, efficient customer service
• Serving food and drinks
• Till operation and cash handling
• Supporting front-of-house during busy periods
• Preparing smoothies and cold drinks
• Assisting with simple food preparation when required
• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
• Keeping the coffee station, café and service areas clean and organised
• Restocking milk, coffee, takeaway packaging and other consumables
• Opening and closing duties
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider Brio team

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in barista work, confident working independently when needed, reliable and punctual, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, friendly with customers, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, and good barista experience is particularly important.

Location: Brio Brunch, Tralee

Role: Barista / Café All-Rounder

Hours: Part-time / full-time depending on availability. Daytime café hours - no late nights. Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour. Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week.
