Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is recruiting a driven Barista to deliver beautifully crafted drinks and first-class service to our customers on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (daytime).

You will bring hands-on experience with brewing equipment and a passion for hospitality, working as part of a team that values reliability, initiative and excellent communication to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare blended drinks and serve high-quality food.
• Keep the bar area clean.
• Process payments (cash and cards).
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates.
• Learn brewing methods and presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Represent Compass Group Ireland and uphold brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (daytime).

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing Compass Group Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
