Job summary

Riverside Park Hotel is seeking a proactive Bar Supervisor to lead the Prom Bar team with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient and professional beverage service. You will manage daily operations, maintain stock, handle till cash, and uphold safety and hygiene standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to train and motivate staff in a busy hospitality environment, ensuring consistently high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a bar team or supervisory role in hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage staff.
• Proficient in cash handling, till reconciliation, and stock control.
• Commitment to health & safety, hygiene, and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Prom Bar team with a professional and positive approach.
• Oversee daily bar operations and service delivery across shifts.
• Maintain accurate till totals and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with monthly stocktakes, and report discrepancies.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and equipment maintenance at all times.
• Support recruitment, training, and ongoing staff development.
