Job summary

Conrad Dublin, part of Hilton Luxury, seeks a Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar operations and deliver memorable guest experiences in a 5-star setting. You will supervise bartending staff, ensure beverage quality and service standards, and collaborate with hotel departments to maintain seamless guest experiences.

The role prioritizes guest delight, safety, and regulatory compliance while fostering a professional, friendly team environment within the Hilton family.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special.
• Keep bar operations running smoothly: Supervise and oversee all bar activities, ensuring stations are stocked, organized, and operating according to established standards.
• Support efficient service: Prepare beverages for servers to deliver to guests, process transactions, and ensure collaboration between the bar and service teams.
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across the Bar and Room Service operations, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance, efficient deployment and excellent guest service.
• Address guest concerns professionally: Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
