Pennyhill Pub in Dublin within the Louis Fitzgerald Group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead front-of-house operations and support the General Manager in a busy pub environment. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

You will manage staff, ensure health and safety compliance, drive sales targets, and maintain high standards of customer service while working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality (Ireland).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Hands-on approach in a busy service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in daily pub operations.
• Maintain consistently high customer service standards.
• Assist with staff training, development and performance management.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are followed.
• Support sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance.
