Job summary

The Fitzwilliam Hospitality Group operates Cellar 22, a wine bar in Dublin city centre, inviting experienced bar/floor staff to join the team at Townhouse on the Green. You will deliver warm, professional service, craft drinks and manage fast-paced guest interactions in a vibrant setting.

With a focus on wine knowledge and guest experience, the role requires teamwork, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a passion for great food and beverages.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, wine bar or hospitality environment.
• Wine knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• A genuine passion for great food, wine and guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Assist with opening, closing and general operational duties as required.
• Preparing cocktails, drinks, barista offering.
• Assist with deliveries, restocking, stock takes.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Bar/Floor Staff to join our wine bar team at Cellar 22, located within Townhouse on the Green which is centrally located in the city centre and overlooking St Stephen's Green.

You will be working with our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and providing an unforgettable wine bar experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a vibrant atmosphere and love creating memorable experiences for guests, this is the perfect role for you.

About The Role
