Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years bar experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them where appropriate.
• Deliver high guest service to meet 4* standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist as required.
• Know department products, opening times, menus, beverages, and pricing.
• Take accurate orders and be aware of allergens and dietary requirements.
• Upsell menu items, wine and beverages to promote sales.
• Keep service areas and glassware clean and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors and surfaces throughout service.
