Job summary

Robson Bale is seeking a Senior Director/Director of Delivery Management for a banking client in Dublin on a 12-month contract. The role requires leading end-to-end programs, managing client relationships at governance level, and coordinating multi-stream delivery across finance, sourcing, implementation and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in banking and FS, with expertise in PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, open banking APIs, and agile as well as waterfall delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking and financial services with emphasis on mobile/digital banking platforms
• Strong understanding of PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS and security standards for mobile banking
• Experience with open banking APIs, payments systems, and mobile wallet integrations
• Hands-on SDLC experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Proven track record delivering complex IT services engagements across distributed teams
• Ability to lead and mentor delivery managers, scrum masters and agile coaches

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic banking programs for a major client
• Manage client relationships and governance expectations at senior levels
• Coordinate multiple streams across finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomes
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering and QA to drive plans and estimates
• Identify and escalate engagement risks early to maintain delivery quality
• Contribute to business development and pre-sales with client proposals and design work
• Present delivery statements of work and solution architectures
