You will work with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features and tackle complex challenges at scale. The role emphasizes collaboration, resilience, and a passion for high-quality software in a fast-paced, regulated entertainment company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional backend experience with C# or Java.
• Experience designing and supporting scalable distributed systems in Cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Experience writing and maintaining automated test suites (unit/integration/perf) for backend services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, reliable backend systems and APIs for high-traffic apps.
• Contribute to production code from day one for 24/7 real-time experiences.
• Triage, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to launch features quickly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while balancing speed with technical excellence.
• Apply modern tools and best practices to solve complex problems at scale.
