Job summary

PwC Ireland seeks an AI Manager - Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement and manage cloud-native data and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will ensure performance, security, and scalability across enterprise environments while collaborating with business teams and PwC’s alliance partners.

The role emphasizes integrating AI with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, along with automation of deployments and adherence to security standards.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or Engineering required or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing and managing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure AI services and data platforms desirable.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
• Strong security/compliance and CI/CD practices in cloud/AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native data and AI solutions on Azure.
• Manage and optimize Azure environments for performance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust cloud solutions.
• Integrate AI/data with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third parties.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling using IaC and DevOps practices.
• Promote security and compliance across cloud engineering processes.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to IT teams and executives.
• Continuously grow skills and mentor the team within PwC network.
