GKR Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to join its technical services function in Dublin, delivering leadership across asset management, technical projects and leasing transactions.

You will oversee aircraft transitions, maintenance planning and technical records, collaborating with airlines, maintenance providers and external specialists to drive value and risk management for a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong aviation technical background, ideally spanning aircraft leasing, airline operations, CAMO or MRO environments.
• Proven aircraft asset management or transition experience, with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Sound knowledge of aircraft maintenance programmes, lease conditions and technical records.
• Commercial awareness, strong stakeholder engagement and willingness to travel internationally.

• Provide technical input into aircraft leasing transactions, including due diligence and contractual negotiations.
• Oversee aircraft transitions, inspections and technical project delivery.
• Assess maintenance reserves, claims and potential maintenance liabilities.
