Job summary

GKR Search and Selection partners with an established aircraft leasing platform to appoint a Vice President Technical Asset Management within Dublin's technical function. The role requires leadership across technical asset management and leasing activities, with a seat at senior stakeholder meetings.

You will own complex aircraft projects, oversee transitions, and advise on maintenance economics and lease compliance, shaping strategies that impact asset performance and portfolio value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in aircraft leasing, technical asset management, or aviation maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage aircraft transitions and complex technical projects.
• Strong understanding of lease documentation, maintenance economics, and aircraft technical requirements.
• Confident communicator with sound commercial judgement and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams across aircraft deliveries, redeliveries and transitions.
• Provide specialist advice on aircraft acquisitions, leasing arrangements and asset disposals.
• Evaluate maintenance exposure, reserve claims and associated financial implications.
• Oversee technical asset performance, maintenance requirements and lease compliance.
• Manage relationships with airline customers, maintenance organisations and technical service providers.
