Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Training Officer to join the Aviation Training team. You will administer QHSE and aviation compliance training across Dublin, Cork, and Belfast International Airports, delivering materials and ensuring records and SOs are up to date.

The role offers a comprehensive professional development program and exposure to audit processes, with opportunities to progress within the training function and across OCS contracts.

Qualifications

• Basic word processing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Excel for tracking training records.
• Proficient in creating and presenting training materials.

Responsibilities

• Administer training files, matrices and records.
• Update mandatory course results in Airport Authority systems.
• Draft and maintain compliance documents and SOPs.
• Deliver training material and assist in audits by Airport Authorities/airlines.
• Conduct on-the-job training assessments and support the training team.
