The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with high volume interview scheduling desirable.
• Experience with CV/Resume reviewing.
• Experience uploading candidate information onto an ATS.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for candidate and client interaction via telephone and email.
• Scheduling interviews in high volume environments.
• Support CV/Resume reviewing and candidate screening.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS.
• Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets.
• Inter Department communication to transfer information.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
