Job summary

Atlantic Aviation seeks a Finance Business Partner at Shannon Airport to act as the key financial interface between Finance and Aircraft Maintenance Operations. The role drives profitability, on-time maintenance events, cost discipline, and informed commercial decision-making across hangars.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance partner to the COO across hangars / programs.
Translate operational activity into clear financial outcomes and implications.
Support decision-making on slot utilisation, overtime, subcontracting, and capacity trade-offs.
Support long-range planning and scenario modelling aligned to MRO strategy.
Track and analyse direct labour efficiency, productivity, and non-productive time.
Monitor material consumption, scrap, and third-party costs against estimates and contracts.
Drive cost reduction and margin enhancement initiatives.
Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to support bid reviews, pricing assumptions, and margin analysis for MRO work.
Review maintenance event financials to ensure contract terms and variations are reflected.
Support post-event financial reviews and lessons learned.
