Job summary

CAE's Engine Management Services in Shannon, Ireland seeks a Team Leader to guide one EMS team on diverse engine management projects. You will coordinate activities, allocate resources, mentor staff and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.

The role requires 5+ years in the industry, supervisory experience, strong project management skills and knowledge of aviation regulations, with occasional travel to meet customers. Report to EMS Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industry experience in engine maintenance or technical services.
• Previous supervisory experience essential.
• Advanced knowledge of aviation regulations.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities including leave allocation and career development.
• Assign projects and manage resources across the team.
• Lead engine projects and oversee key tasks within project teams.
• Manage project progress, cost and quality of deliverables.
• Develop and improve internal procedures and workflows.
• Support performance management and staff development.
• Engage with customers and business development to grow client base.
