• 0-3 years PQE with an interest in asset finance and aviation regulation / banking and capital markets / corporate law.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a market leading team on aviation financing transactions and cross-border structuring.
• Advise on regulation, funding strategies, and joint ventures.
• Assist with contentious issues such as bankruptcy and insolvency.
• Support the Aviation & Asset Finance team within Financial Services.
