• Work on aviation financing transactions from cross-border structuring to funding and joint ventures.
• Advise on regulatory aspects and banking/capital markets matters.
• Provide advice on bankruptcy and insolvency issues when relevant.
• Collaborate with market-leading team and participate in client matters.
