- Practical knowledge of automotive safety standards and workflows.
- Lean practices to fix bottlenecks and eliminate waste on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Full Floor Ownership: daily control of workshop floor operations and scheduling.
- Facility & Workflow Integration: optimise bays, tooling and equipment flow.
- New Line Introduction: standardise procedures for local modification lines.
- Floor Walks & Process Improvement: GEMBA walks to remove bottlenecks and variances.
- Regulatory & Safety Compliance: adherence to safety rules and RSA oversight.
