Job summary

Magna Cosma Autolaunch is offering a fixed-term apprenticeship in manufacturing tools and press tooling. The role requires passing SOLAS entry standards and English fluency. You must be at least 16 years old with a minimum Junior Certificate grade to qualify.

Qualifications

• Must meet SOLAS' minimum entry requirements.
• English language fluency essential (written and spoken).
• To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum grade of D in 5 subjects in the Junior Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operation of milling machines, lathes, cranes, hand tools, power tools, forklifts and other equipment.
• Assist with manufacturing/building and troubleshooting of large press tools for the automotive industry.
• Attend training sessions and follow the training plan; adhere to safety procedures and SSW.
• Report to leadhand/supervisor and participate in daily/weekly meetings and demonstrations.
